All delivery times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude bank holidays.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to carefully pack and dispatch your earrings. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within:
- United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
- European Union countries
Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Delivery Issues

Multiple Packages
To ensure faster delivery, items may occasionally be sent from different fulfillment centers. This means your order might arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry – you’ll only be charged one delivery fee (or free if your order qualifies).
